Headway plays a free show at the Lions Gazebo on August 21, sponsored by Royal LePage Downtown Realty Armstrong.
Headway takes the stage for the ninth concert of the 2026 Music in the Park series. The music runs from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Lions Gazebo in Memorial Park.
Headway is a six-member rock, country, and funk band with members from Vernon, Sicamous, Revelstoke, and Salmon Arm. The band has been together for four years and has been performing live since day one, playing throughout the Revelstoke, Shuswap, Okanagan, and wider Interior region.
With years of experience behind them, Headway brings natural stage presence, lots of energy, and a deep catalogue of songs. Their set is built around rock and country, with hints of funk and disco, and focuses on memorable songs that spark memories, inspire dancing, encourage singing, and bring joy to everyone listening.
Admission is free. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. Food trucks are on site. The chamber collects donations of non-perishable food items for the Armstrong Food Bank at every concert.
